Etomethazene is benzimidazole opioid analgesic, a powerful agonist of μ-opioid receptors and has an opioid potency more than 120 times greater than morphine. It has a similar structure to etonitazene with a methyl substitution in R4. This opioid is quite strong and the dosage varies: minimum 0.3 mg, medium 1 mg, strong 1.5 mg and higher.
Etomethazene can cause opioid dependence and a gradual tolerance to the drug, which helps to increase the dosage. High doses may cause side effects such as vomiting, respiratory depression and even death.
This drug has not yet been well studied and is intended for chemical studies only.
