LSZ(λ, Lambda, Lysergic acid 2,4-dimethylazetetidide) this is a designer psychedelic of the lysergamide class.LSZ was first synthesized in 2000 by David E. Nicholson at Purdue University as a substance similar to LSD and having less toxicity to the body and causing fewer side effects.
The structure of LSZ is similar to LSD with a slight difference (the amine functional group includes a bicyclic hexahydroindole connected to a bicyclic quinoline group, a 6-methyl group has been replaced on carbon, and the isomer (S,S)-(+) is more active and stronger than that of LSD.
The effect of LSZ is similar to LSD (change of consciousness, visual effects, etc.), but it is stronger and has fewer side effects after the use of the drug and is an agonist of the 5-HT2A recetor.
