2F-Viminol is an opioid analgesic developed in the middle of the last century by Zambon as an antitussive drug, but it was found to act as a good analgesic, sedative and euphoric effect. 2F-Viminol is based on the structure of α-pyrryl-2-aminoethanol and has six different stereoisomers, four of which are inactive. 1S- (R, R) -disebutyl is a full agonist of μ-opioids, more than 5 times more potent than morphine, and 1S- (S, S) -disebutyl is an antagonist. At high dosages of 2F-Viminol, vomiting, respiratory depression, and even death are possible.
